1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AI Sprite Generator ("the Service"), available at aispritegen.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Sprite Generator is a web-based tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate 2D game sprites, sprite sheets, and animated characters from text descriptions. The Service is provided on both free and paid subscription plans.

3. User Accounts

To use the sprite generation features, you must create an account by signing in with Google or providing your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Free and Paid Plans

• Free Plan: Users may generate up to 2 sprites per day at no cost.
• Pro Plan: Paid subscribers receive unlimited generations and additional features as described on our Pricing page.

We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with reasonable notice to users.

5. Intellectual Property and Output Ownership

You retain ownership of all sprites and images generated using the Service. You may use generated content for personal and commercial purposes, including in games, applications, and other projects. We do not claim ownership over your generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or hateful
• Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service beyond its intended API
• Resell or redistribute the Service itself
• Generate NSFW or explicit content

7. Payment and Refunds

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
